Live Activities

Face-off to final, without opening the app.

  • Starts itself at face-off. Your team's card appears as the puck drops, reading “Starting soon” until the game's under way.
  • Every goal, as it's posted. The score rolls over, with the scorer, the assists and the time it went in.
  • Goals come to you. The Dynamic Island opens for each goal, and with your phone locked, your Apple Watch taps your wrist.
  • The final stays put. The result stays on your Lock Screen for an hour after the buzzer.
